Vitellius, 69. Denarius (Silver, 19 mm, 3.54 g, 7 h), Tarraco (?). A VITELLIVS [IMP] GERMAN Laureate head of Vitellius to left, with palm and globe at point of bust. Rev. VICTORIA AVGVSTI Victory advancing left, holding shield inscribed S P / Q R in two lines. BMC 93 (this coin). Cohen 100. RIC 37. Attractively toned and with an excellent pedigree. Struck slightly off center, otherwise, very fine.
